Images and prompts in the Seedance 2.5 studio

A selected local image is previewed in your browser. It is not uploaded to our storage by selecting it. Draft prompts remain in the current page until you submit. When you select Generate video, your prompt, settings, and any selected image are sent to our backend and generation service providers to process your request. We store submitted prompts, task settings, status, and generated media to provide your dashboard. Leaving or reloading the page may discard your draft.

When you provide a public image URL, your browser contacts that image host to display it. That host receives ordinary request information, including your IP address. Do not use confidential images or links containing sensitive access tokens.

Seedance 2.5 account and payment availability

Google sign-in provides your account ID, email address, name, and profile image to authenticate your account. We store account details, credit balances, and task history in our self-hosted Supabase database. Your browser stores session tokens to keep you signed in; signing out clears that local session. Authenticated users can access their own credit balance and task history. Generation uses your available credits. Credit purchases remain unavailable. Contact us below to request deletion of your account and associated records.

Seedance 2.5 website data

Our web host processes standard request information to deliver and protect the website. We use Google Analytics 4 on public pages to understand visits, traffic sources, device and browser types, and interactions such as scrolling and outbound links. Google Analytics uses cookies and browser identifiers to distinguish visits. Our tracking removes query strings and fragments from page and referrer URLs, and disables Google signals and advertising personalization. We do not send your prompts, uploaded images, generated media, email address, or account ID to Analytics. Dashboard and authentication pages are excluded from our Analytics tag.

Automatic form-interaction and site-search tracking are disabled. You can restrict cookies through your browser or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. See how Google uses data from sites that use its services. External links lead to services with their own privacy policies.

Seedance 2.5 video retention

Generated video files are kept for only 5 days. Download them as soon as they are ready to retain a copy. Task history will not serve as permanent file storage.
